Prior to our initial session, I recommend reaching out directly to your insurance company, even if you believe you are in-network. To help avoid unexpected charges, you will want to understand:

• If your plan offers coverage for outpatient therapy and any coverage limitations that may apply

• Deductible amount and whether you have met your annual deductible

• If your plan provides coverage for telehealth services

• If your plan offers out-of-network benefits, reimbursement rates, and whether a separate deductible applies
